Welcome to Happy Hippie Studios. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, products, classes, memberships, appointments, and facilities located in Manhattan, Kansas and Clay Center, Kansas. By using our website, booking a service, purchasing a membership, or visiting our studios, you agree to these terms.

Happy Hippie Studios offers yoga classes, massage therapy, beauty services, wellness treatments, a health bar, retail products, workshops, and other holistic wellness services.

Appointments & Class Reservations

Appointments and class reservations are available online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment or class. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or inability to participate if doing so would disrupt the experience for others.

Certain services may require health information prior to your appointment.

Memberships

Memberships are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

Membership cancellations must be submitted by email within the timeframe outlined in your membership agreement. Requests made through social media, text message, or verbal conversations cannot be guaranteed for processing. Existing membership cancellation timelines remain in effect.

Membership pricing, benefits, and availability are subject to change.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you:

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible.
No-shows or repeated late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Happy Hippie Studios reserves the right to require prepayment for future appointments after repeated missed appointments.

Retail Products

Retail merchandise, wellness products, apparel, supplements, and gift items may be returned within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original condition.

For health and safety reasons, opened supplements, beverages, personal care items, and food products cannot be returned unless defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our services are intended to support overall wellness and relaxation. They are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult your physician before beginning any new wellness program, yoga practice, massage therapy, infrared sauna session, or other holistic service if you have medical concerns, are pregnant, or have underlying health conditions.

Participation in all services is voluntary and at your own risk.

Yoga & Physical Activity

By participating in yoga classes, fitness classes, or movement-based services, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks.

You agree to:

Participate within your personal abilities.
Inform instructors of injuries or medical conditions.
Stop participating immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Accept responsibility for your own physical well-being during participation.

Massage, Energy & Wellness Services

Massage therapy, Reiki, energy work, sound healing, infrared sauna sessions, esthetic services, and similar wellness offerings are designed to promote relaxation and support overall well-being.

Individual results vary, and no specific outcome or health benefit is guaranteed.

Personal Belongings

Happy Hippie Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into our facilities.

Website Content

All website content, including photographs, logos, graphics, videos, text, blog articles, class descriptions, and branding, is the property of Happy Hippie Studios unless otherwise noted.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

User Conduct

When using our website or attending our studios, you agree not to:

Interfere with studio operations.
Harass employees or guests.
Damage studio property.
Misuse our website or online booking system.

Promotions

Promotional offers, discounts, introductory packages, and special pricing cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
