Join us in Clay Center:

Hot Pilates
Join us for a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines Pilates principles with cardio in a room heated to roughly 95°F. The vibes are high in this 45 minute class and you'll be sure to strengthen muscles, enhance your flexibility, and improve endurance while protecting joints. It is designed to burn fat, sculpt, and create a deep sweat!

Restorative Yoga
We will work to calm both the body and mind through supported and propped asanas (poses). This class can help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and improve sleeping habits. Though you may walk into the practice with a hazy head, expect to leave with new heights of mental clarity. All levels!

Sunrise Yoga
Start your day with intention and movement. This morning flow is designed to gently wake up the body through a thoughtful sequence of poses that build strength, flexibility, and focus. Set a positive tone for your day while deepening your practice and connecting to breath. All levels welcome.

Power Flow
By combining breath and movement, this power flow will get you moving and make you break a sweat through the sequential flow of asanas (poses). This flow is meant to make you feel powerful and capable on and off the mat. This is a faster flowing class, though modifications and props will be offered.

Yoga Workout
Are you ready to move? This energizing class combines fast-paced asanas with breath and controlled, small movements to build strength throughout the entire body. Some yoga experience is recommended, but modifications are always offered. Come ready to move, challenge yourself, and build strength from the inside out!

Mindful Morning Yoga
Start your day with a mind and body yoga flow experience. This practice combines yoga with mindfulness, being present and paying attention to your body through meditation, breath work, asana/poses and relaxation techniques. Cultivate a sense of calm and clarity as you move through your practice as well as your day. All levels welcome.

Slow Flow
As a yoga instructor and studio manager, I have the privilege of helping create a welcoming space where people can move, grow, and connect. One of the things I love most about yoga is that it truly is for everyone—regardless of age, experience, flexibility, or fitness level.
Watching students discover their strength, find peace, and gain confidence through their practice is incredibly rewarding. I am grateful every day to be part of a community that reminds me that yoga is not about perfection—it’s about showing up exactly as you are.

Michele Artman
Restorative
I have my 200 HR Yoga certification and I teach Restorative Yoga on Monday evenings. I love yoga because it can benefit everyone (no matter your experience or limitations), it helps with daily stress, and builds a loving community.

Power Pilates
Kristen is a personal trainer at CFCC with a background in military fitness, boxing, strength training, and CrossFit. She is also certified in Mat Level 1 Pilates and teaches the Power Pilates class. Though newer to Pilates, she’s quickly realizing she should’ve found it a long time ago!

Taylor Demars
Heated Pilates Fusion
I’ve been teaching my Heated Pilates Fusion class with Happy Hippie since November 2025, around the same time I became certified in Pilates through AFPA Fitness.
I love the art of Pilates because every movement stems from your powerhouse — your core. One of my favorite things about Pilates is how versatile it is. Using just your body weight, you can turn it into an effective full-body workout that can be adjusted to fit any fitness level through different modifications and tempos.
My goal is to help everyone feel stronger, more confident, and beautiful in their own body!
